Talk with children about how to tell someone they trust if anyone hurts them.
Learn about the signs of child abuse and what to do if you suspect a child may be abused.
Know how to report child abuse.
Let elected officials know you care about laws and resources available to protect our kids.
Support child abuse prevention efforts in schools, churches, and community organizations.
Make a cash or in-kind donation to organizations that support at-risk children and their families.
Volunteer your time and talents to agencies trying to make a difference in children’s lives.
Support parents, lend a hand or ear, fix a meal, baby sit or provide other support that reduces stress that can lead to abuse.  All parents need support!
